LAKE REGULATIONS AND NEWS

The lake and all common grounds are for all residents use, this means all residents should pitch in to keep it looking nice. DON'T LITTER and PICK UP ALL TRASH AFTER USE.
There are entrances to the lake on Deer Lake and Lakepark Avenue
The lake is closed at night.
No swimming is permitted in the lake.
No motorized boats or other types of powered vehicles allowed in or on the lake, or any common ground area. (except for authorized maintenance HOA vehicles)
Do not trap, hunt or harm any of the animals in or around the lake area.
Do not throw your trash over the fence onto the common ground of the lake.
Fishing is permitted, but we encourage catch & release.
Boats left at the lake should have your lot number clearly marked on the vessel.
Boats left at the lake should be stored upside down so as NOT to hold any water after the rain so no mosquitoes will breed in them.
