Online Payments

Using the button below, will enable you to pay your HOA dues online.  Presently payments are set to reflect:


  • $150 - 2024 HOA annual dues 


Be sure to include the address and lot number of the Lakepark home you are paying for in the note section to be properly credited for your payment. Regular payment prices will be in effect for 2024 dues requirements between  January 15,  2024 through April 30, 2024.  After April 30, 2024 a $30,00  non-refundable late fee will be added to your 2024 HOA dues total.
