Presently (2024) our required payment is $150.00 annually per home in the subdivision. Paid by the home owner for each house owned in Lakepark.

Dues are to be paid between January 25th and April 30th of each year.  

Payments made after April 30th incur a $30.00 late fee.

To properly credit the payment, please write both the Lakepark home address and lot number for which you are paying  in the memo section of your check.

No, only PayPal has access to your credit card information. When a payment is successfully made, the homes association receives a message containing only your name, contact information, address, and the amount paid. At no time will the homes association ever see or have access to your credit card information. That’s one of the benefits of running the transactions through PayPal.
