We are a community of 210 homes in East Baton Rouge Parish established on July 25, 1985. Our 7-acre lake, the common areas surrounding the lake, and the lake itself, are all open to our residents to enjoy recreational activities. Residents may boat, fish, or otherwise enjoy the beautiful lake shore at their leisure. Lakepark Homeowners Association strives to be a success in order to improve our sense of community, preserve our investments and promote a peaceful and relaxing way of life for all our neighbors.
